My daughter and her husband gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in June and they named her Lennon. Of course I had to write a song for her! She was born on a Wednesday and by Sunday I had written a lullaby for her. When I decided to do this album, I knew I had to include this song. The original song was piano only but I added some elements to it for the album. It also turned out to be the perfect close out to the arc of this album which began with the coming of the dawn and ends by allowing us to drift gently off to sleep.
